On the ground floor, you’ll find two open-plan living areas separated by a bookshelf and a small desk. One of the living rooms includes a semi-double sofa bed. Continuing through the space, a hallway with a wardrobe leads to a bathroom with a shower, and finally to a spacious, fully equipped kitchen. From the kitchen, a hidden passage leads to a compact staircase that brings you up to the loft bedroom. The house is fully furnished and recently renovated, equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay — including air conditioning, two TVs, a decorative electric fireplace, and modern appliances. It can comfortably accommodate 2 adults and 2 children, making it an ideal choice for couples or families. Its location offers easy access to the city center, the main shopping district, and all of Volos’ major attractions. Within walking distance, you’ll find the beach, the port, the University of Thessaly, and pedestrian streets full of cafés, restaurants, and the city’s famous tsipouradika (traditional taverns). Thanks to its central position, you can quickly reach the Volos Ring Road, offering convenient access to road trips around the region — including the picturesque villages and stunning beaches of Mount Pelion, whether on the Pagasetic Gulf or the Aegean Sea side.

The house is located in a quiet neighborhood just a breath away from the city center and the seaside promenade of Volos. It sits right next to the iconic “Palia Ilektriki” (Old Electric Plant), at the corner of a low-traffic street. Public street parking is generally easy to find in the neighborhood, and there is also a multi-story paid parking garage nearby on Iolkos Street. The main shopping district (Ermou Street) is just 500 meters away — an 8-minute walk from the property. Saint Nicholas Square, with its beautiful church and a variety of cafés and restaurants, is an 11-minute walk away. The port and the seaside promenade of Volos are also just 11 minutes on foot (800 meters), where you’ll find many dining options, cafés, and tsipouradika (traditional eateries), as well as a scenic walking route along the waterfront. The intercity bus station (KTEL) and the Volos Tourist Information Center are about a 22-minute walk from the house. Nearby, you’ll find supermarkets, bakeries, pastry shops, takeaway coffee spots, and a city bus stop. In general, Hidden Loft offers easy access to all the main points of interest in Volos, many of which are within walking distance. The nearest city beach, Anavros, is located 2.5 km away and can also be reached by local bus. Driving distances to the beaches along the Pagasetic Gulf average around 10 minutes or more, depending on the location you choose to visit. The closest villages of Mount Pelion, such as Portaria and Makrinitsa, are just 20 minutes away by car. For the Aegean Sea beaches on the eastern and southern sides of Pelion, the average driving time is around one hour.
